Silver brooch on 18k gold (750°/°°°) featuring a floral decoration composed of old-cut diamonds for approximately 3.5 carats, Colombian emeralds of exceptional quality (vivid green, insignificant oil) for a weight of approximately 1 ct and Burmese rubies for approximately 1.5 carats. Work from the end of the 19th century, this jewel, now mounted as a brooch, was probably intended to be the upper part of an aigrette.
