Platinum ring set in its center with a star ruby weighing approximately 4.31 carats (8.52x6.84x5.42mm), fuchsia color (Pinkish red), of Burmese origin and showing no indications of heat treatment in a stylized entourage of baguette-cut diamonds for approximately 0.5 carat and brilliant-cut diamonds for approximately 0.2 carat. Japanese work from the 1970s of very good quality. Mascaron hallmark for used platinum works.
