Large sculpture box with its lid in La Borne stoneware by Jacques Laroussinie (born in 1945), France, late 1990. Surprising piece in stoneware fired in a wood-fired kiln. Shades of beige, ochre, brown and orange enamels in a square shape. The lid has a checkerboard pattern on the top with a wide, flattened handle.
