Oil on canvas depicting a bouquet of anemones. Signed J. Stappers for Julien Stappers 1881-1960. Baroque style carved giltwood frame, very elaborate and in excellent condition. This painting depicts a bouquet of multi-colored anemones in a white porcelain vase, placed on a soft green draped fabric. The rich floral composition of reds, purples, pinks and oranges contrasts with the dark green background, creating an atmosphere that is both elegant and peaceful.
