Apothecary's Bronze Tripod Crucible - 18th century. Bronze tripod crucible. Without the wooden handle. Casting mark on the bottom: End-of-cast umbilicus. The visible line on the bottom is a casting defect and not a breakage. The cupped legs are clover-shaped. In used condition. It has suffered, 1 foot partially unsoldered (see photo). Diameter 19 cm, height 12.5 cm, length 27 cm
