"Sk660 Armchair By Pierre Guariche For Steiner Circa 1955"
Very pretty fireside chair, version of the SK660 armchair designed by the famous designer Pierre Guariche, it presents an elegant line and typical of the design of the 1950s. With its fairly high back and its inclination, this seat is particularly comfortable. Published by Steiner in 1955 (inscription of the 1st upholsterer under the original fabric). Made up of 2 wooden frames assembled and fixed on a black lacquered metal base, it has been completely renovated by us: new foams and wadding, new primer fabric and covered with a superb Richmond half-Panama fabric in chick yellow, in plain cotton (300 gr/m² and washable at 30° C). It is not removable because all the external seams have been made by hand for a perfect finish. The 2 buttons on the back have been covered with the same fabric.
