The mount is in iron chiseled with dragons among clouds, the details are in nunome zogan (damascus) it should be noted that the layer of gold used is very thick which is unusual. The whole is of good quality. The blade is heavy, wide 31mm and very thick, 8mm near the tip. It is deeply oxidized, scratched in places but has not been repolished and retains its temper line.
