Wrought iron fire shovel in Plombières - 19th century Shovel with a very worked handle, made of grooved tops, twisted middle part. The top of the shovel is cut and engraved (see the photos of details which are telling). It contains a vase, garlands, foliage, a rose and two wheels with riveted nails. The whole is assembled by riveting. Object of very great finesse, refined and decorative. Functional. Length 68 cm, width 12.5 cm
