Oil on panel, signed lower right by Henri Amédée Wetter. Dimensions of the panel 24x19, 33x28cm with the frame. Painter and above all engraver, he exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Français from 1884, then at the Salon des Indépendants from 1911. He was strongly inspired by Brittany and his work is part of the post-impressionist movement. His woodcuts of Brittany are highly sought after.
