Precious Silver-plated Bronze Inlaid Spinning Wheel, Goldsmith's Work, Circa 1850

Elegant and rare 19th century salon spinning wheel from silver-plated bronze or brass, and ebony.
Technical, the four oblique legs with beautiful turning are firmly screwed onto a weighted veneer base.
The mechanism, composed on one side of an openwork wheel with high inertia, axis of which is wedged by two carved ebony pins, operated by a pretty wrought iron crank and ebony handle, is in line with the unwinder, tension of which is adjustable using a worm screw.
On the other side, a distaff holder, but we do not have this one.
Working condition, missing: a nut on crank, a leather lace or strap, an unidentified accessory.
Dimensions: 23cm x 20cm x 18 cm, weight: almost 2kg.
Period 1840/1850, Very rare object, probably a special order, perhaps Holland or Germany?
Good condition, normal wear, no flaws.
