Very beautiful secretary, predominantly rosewood, with a marquetry on the front with drapery decoration framing a writing desk and various accessories in stained wood on a sycamore background with a violet wood frame. The lower doors are decorated with Greek vases on a sycamore background and violet wood frames. The flap reveals an upper drawer and four small drawers topped with compartments. The two lower doors give access to a large drawer topped with a shelf. The sides are inlaid with crosspieces and diamonds in tobacco-stained and light-colored sycamore. Very beautiful, finely chiseled bronzes adorn this majestic piece of furniture. A pink marble tops it harmoniously.
