A Directoire period chest of drawers from the late 18th / early 19th century. It has 3 drawers (without keys), a softwood and mahogany frame for the front uprights and mahogany veneer. Brass fillet and ring trim. Hexagonal bronze handles. Spindle-shaped front legs. Grey-veined white marble. Condition of use and patina of time, revealing some old restorations or fillings. Beautiful overall presentation.
