"Samson Factory, Important Biscuit (attributed To James Pradier)"
Beautiful female subject evoking modesty (Also called "The chilly one") for this biscuit bust edited by the Samson factory and bearing the Pradier signature. Very beautiful presentation (due to its height on the one hand) despite some rubbing and slight firing defects. Made in the late 19th/early 20th century. Empire style bronze mounts and base.
