Lacquer inro with 4 compartments presenting two techniques in hira maki-e gold lacquer on one side, Japanese art technique which consists of creating flat decorations on lacquer objects and takamaki-e on the other where the patterns are in relief. Representing on one side two perched birds and on the other cooking utensils. The inro is accompanied by its wooden netsuké representing a crouching character holding a basket in his hands. Silk cord with its lacquer tightening ring.
