Miniature tea service in white porcelain from Vieux Paris, Napoleon III period, comprising a contoured tray, a teapot, a sugar bowl, a milk jug, a cup and its saucer. Refined decoration in fine hand-painted gold, with floral and arabesque motifs, typical of Parisian production of the mid-19th century. Very fine work, most likely intended for a collector's display case or a quality ceremonial tea set.
