Sewing box in straw marquetry - 19th century periodVery fine decoration: river landscape, mill with a boat. Box equipped with an interior mirror and multi-compartment. Contains 4 covered side boxes, 2 drawers and 2 compartments (1 large with a flat bottom and a smaller one with a circular bottom). The straw is in very good condition, no missing parts. The basic structure is in fir. The back of the bottom is lined with old paper. Only the 4 legs are not original, they were added later and changed (not of the same type).
