Louis XVI Period Barometer
Louis XVI period carved and gilded wooden barometer decorated at its base with two doves perched on a quiver and a torch, symbol of love, surrounded by a laurel wreath. Very good condition. Original gilding, the mechanism has been revised. According to Torricelli (1608 - 1647) and Réaumur (1683 - 1757).
