A friend of René Char, exhibiting at the Salon des Réalités Nouvelles and the Salon de Mai, he was defended by the Maeght gallery in the 1950s. His work, both poetic and dense, combines the influences of Cubism and materialist research that crossed post-war Europe.Some wear from use is to be noted.
