Corsican stylus with scabbard. Engraved blade.

Total length: 23 cm ; Length. of stylus : 22,5cm - Length. Of blade 13,5cm
Double-edged blade with central flat spot; acid-etched with “VENDETTA CORSA” on one side and “VAI AL CUORE DEL NEMICO” on the other; stepped nut.
Handle with ferrules and bolster in cut nickel silver. Olive wood spindle, flanged, line engraved. The bolster bears a Moor's head in repoussé.
Leather-covered wooden ferrule; cap with ring and cut-out nickel silver fob.
Good condition.
