The stem is composed of rings and collars decorated with friezes of rosaries, as well as an inverted pear-shaped knot, adorned with the same decoration as that of the base. The cup, straight and slightly flared in its upper part, is smooth and entirely gilded.

Note: A chalice of the same model, made by the same goldsmith, is preserved in the sacristy of the Old Chapter of Meaux Cathedral (France).
