Helmet entirely in brass. Crest with fins stamped with 11 gadroons. Front plate stamped in relief with the imperial eagle on a background of a radiant sun with a ribbon bearing the inscription "S POMPIERS De CORPEAU". Visor and neck cover encircled by a bent rush astride the outer edge. Chinstraps with movable scales. Good general condition, with traces of use and use. I report, with small dents and non-original chinstrap fasteners, visible in the photos. France Second Empire.
