Large and heavy pitcher turned from stoneware clay, large model, (more than 2 liters), pot-bellied and curved (in oven, because of tension of handle), fluted base, shoulder splashed with silica, forming like a gray glazed shawl and toasted bread… Dimensions: 28cm x 17.5cm D. weight 2.100kg
may be stoneware from beginning of Puisaye, to meet the needs of local population, mainly peasants, but I am not a specialist…
Good condition, but a crack on body, visible red arrow.
