Unsigned, 1st half of the 20th C. (circa 1930).
Hand-painted plaster, metal parts, on a turned vernished wooden base.
Model of a human brain, probably German or French.
Can be dismantled into 4 parts: cerebrum, cerebellum, isthmus of the encephalon and medulla oblongata.
Hand-painted structure, parts are indicated by numbering and letters in black handwritten ink.
Complete brain, beautifully made, very fine cracks in places.
A reference "E48" has been painted on the back of the brain on the right side (former piece from a school).
Beautiful educational object.
