Wrought iron kitchen hearth, 16th century.
Kitchen hearth with three hooks joined on a horizontal crosspiece with engraved decoration and square and rectangular rings and bars, some of which are twisted. It is not at all common to preserve this type of utilitarian element despite its abundance due to its frequent replacement. Similar pieces were made in all artistic styles, as it was used to hold the cauldron over the fire.
