Dominique Pouchain, born in 1956, is a ceramic artist. He began his apprenticeship in 1973 in the workshop of his parents, Jacques and Rolande Pouchain, and is part of the lineage of sculptor ceramists. From utilitarian pottery he draws the essence of his forms. His work has a poetic character tinged with humor through the representation of a playful bestiary, a world that reassures him.
