Arched pediment with vases, gadroons and heart-shaped ray-shaped ridges. Cornice with beaded ribbon thread, beaded medallion. Uprights with fleurons, busts and falls of vine branches and flowers. Doors with beveled glass and interlaced oves, sides with mascarons. The lower part curved, leafy ingot mold. Sides with leafy frames and scrolls. Front and rear uprights with busts and scrolls. Cambered feet with falls and sabots. The drawer reveals an interior in rosewood veneer, top with purple felt (used). Lock entry medallion with laurels and ribbon. Lock and hinges in chiseled bronze. Original black stain, not re-lacquered, varnished with stamp. Circa 1860.
