Important desk set circa 1940/50, red saddle-stitched leather and brass. Desk pad 37 X 50 cm, pen/inkwell holder 10 X 37 cm, scissor/letter opener holder (missing) 15 X 4.5 cm, clipboard 20 X 13 cm, blotting pad 8 X 16.5 X 8.5 cm. Unsigned, significant signs of use, some stitching to be redone, wear in the corners, to be re-waxed. This model was originally created by Paul Dupré-Lafon for Hermès.
