A kneeling seraph supports the central lunula, it is surrounded by a set of arrows, fleurons and pinnacles and niches where are present, guardians of the host offered in Adoration, Saint Joseph and Saint Teresa of Avila, to whom Saints Peter and Paul respond.

A cross sums up and completes the presentation of this masterpiece of 19th century goldsmithing.
