Louis XVI Clock In Gilt Bronze With Angel, 19th Century
Charming Louis XVI style clock in gilded bronze. Body in the shape of a fluted column incorporating the enamel dial topped with a Louis XVI knot and a garland of flowers. A cherub is seated next to a quiver of arrows. The clockwork works, it is signed and dated 1855. The gilding of the bronze is not cleaned, something is most certainly missing in the cherub's hand. Period mid-19th century. Delivery 30 euros in France, 80 euros in the EU and 150 euros rest of the world.
