Very elegant quail dish or small Louis XVI period cabaret in solid silver with the hallmarks of the city of Bruges for the year 1787 and the master goldsmith's mark of Pieter De Thieu (1725-1794) who was admitted to the mastery in 1754. The tray is of a small format, rather rare for the period.
