Showcase Marquetry
Inlaid display cabinet inlaid with ivory, the frame is walnut. It opens with two glass doors and two drawers. The stiles and rails have cherubim patterns, grotesque, griffins, crackers, fruit and flower vases within enclosures nets and foliage. The pediment decorated with a profile seen philosopher portrait is framed tops vases delicately underlined by a frieze. This Italian Renaissance-style showcase XIXth has been renovated and painted in the buffer. It is in perfect condition. Price € 12,000 (Shipping costs included in France)
