Ink and wash drawing depicting a childbirth scene in a Renaissance interior. A woman lying in front of a fireplace is preparing to give birth to her child. A man, in an armchair next to her, waits with cloths on his knees, his dog sitting at his side. Rare and atypical subject. The drawing is in good condition but some small foxing is still to be noted. It is presented framed under glass. The gilded wooden frame has a lot of wear (see photos). Shipping costs for mainland France 15 euros, other destinations contact us.
