He was a well-known painter of the Algiers School where he rubbed shoulders with many famous painters and writers such as Marquet and Albert Camus. His style is full of spontaneity and strength, mixing classical and cubist tendencies. Here is a very beautiful unrestored work in excellent original condition. Signature of the artist at the bottom right. His works are rare on the market and command higher prices in auction rooms.
