Splendid polychrome porcelain sculpture depicting the abduction of Europa. This artwork takes inspiration from the classical myth in which the Olympian god, Zeus, transforms into a bull to kidnap Princess Europa. The figure of Europa is represented as an elegantly dressed young woman, with sandals and half-up hair, who rides the white bull spotted with brown, which looks at her with a pleased expression.
