Pierre Fournier Des Corats is a French sculptor born in 1884. He exhibited from 1910 to 1940 at the Salon des artistes français and received several awards including the Gold Medal in 1933. He created many public monuments and his success crossed borders. In particular, he created monumental sculptures for the Hearst caste, the castle of the American businessman William Hearst.
