We are buyers of key collections, and collection keys
Large lock cover that was found inside Nuremberg iron chests 16th and 17th century, (called corsair chests). (see last photo)
Two square elements from cut and engraved iron, are brought together, the two sirens with symmetrical flowers facing each other.
Plaque having lived a few centuries, I brushed it, the engraving, very fine, does not stand out correctly on photos despite my efforts.
Dimensions = Overall: 58 cm x 29cm.
Condition is globally good,
