Transition period happiness of the day, richly inlaid with landscapes on a background of stained sycamore framed in rosewood. It opens with six drawers in its upper part, and a drawer in the belt, revealing two doors inlaid with vases and a desk in the center with a secret. Rich ornamentation of chiseled bronzes and original gilding. Attributed to Pierre Roussel (1723-1782) Cabinetmaker. Mastered on August 21, 1745. Very skilled marquetry artist, Roussel left an abundant, diverse and excellent quality production.
