A rare and beautiful set of nine positive stereoscopic slides on silver lactate glass, late 19th century, preserved in their original box.
Each plate bears a contemporary handwritten caption in inkon the central vertical band, attesting to a consistent and authentic production. The inscriptions are perfectly consistent with the subjects depicted.
