Iran, 19th century or earlier, brass basin or Tâs with a domed base, convex wall and arched opening, with rich engraved decoration.
Outer wall surrounded by a wide band composed of four thuluth epigraphic cartouches, alternating circular medallions with a rosette underlined by a crescent decorated with spearhead foliage. The base and shoulder decorated alternately with large friezes of lambrequins and lanceolate palmettes.
