Pair Of 18th Century Bronze Candlesticks, Louis XVI Period, Beautiful Ornate Model
Beautiful model of pair of candlesticks from the Louis XVI period; carved with grooves, beaded lines alternating with coves, knots and leafy friezes. The barrel cast in two parts in the longitudinal direction, the molded umbilicus; a work that guarantees the era of these beautiful torches.
In good condition, note however that they still have small deformations to the circular contours of the umbilicals and that the sockets are missing. They do not or no longer bear traces of gilding but their condition is very satisfactory for pieces from the 18th century.
If you have any questions, do not hesitate, we are at your disposal.
