Very Large Porcelain Vase With Wisteria Decorated With Gold On A Lustered Purple Background, Limoges Early 20th Century

Never seen before in Limoges porcelain! Very large Limoges porcelain vase with a rare glossy decoration in metallic purple color with a gold decoration gilded with fine gold and hand-painted with wisteria. Very surprising and very chic vase giving off a tremendous desire to look at it and touch it. The glossy purple color is extremely rare in Limoges because it is very difficult to obtain. The gold decoration with wisteria is very well done and poetic with these fallen flowers. No artist or manufacturer signature, just Limoges inscribed by hand below. Art Nouveau period around 1900. Very good condition of the house, gilding of the neck slightly faded, the purple gloss has some drips and stains. The photos being difficult to take because of the curvature of the vase, a black shadow appears at the top of the vase, but this is not the case, the entire belly of the vase is indeed metallic purple.
