Exceptional Set Of Two Romantic Period Tapestries Beauvais Circa 1805 Never Used

( 2 ) Exceptional set of two fine wool and silk tapestries from the Romantic period, probably from the Beauvais Manufactory around 1805. Polychrome decoration in a central cartouche on a pink background of goats for one, birds for the other in a surround of leafy and flowery scrolls, garlands of flowers and cornucopias on pastel backgrounds and a frieze of pansies and foliage. They will allow you to elegantly and refinedly cover a small bench, sofa, create magnificent and original wall decorations or any other project according to your imagination or desires. Dimensions (approximately): Length: 156 cm Width: 83 cm and Length: 123 cm Width: 60 cm Never used, they are in an excellent state of conservation, the colors of exceptional freshness.
