Set Of Four Columns Called "drum" Columns, From The 17th Century.

Set of four columns called "drum", from the 17th century, in stone from St Cyr au Mont d'Or (Rhône), varying from gray to beige. Originally supporting large floor beams, their height is easily adjustable by removing one or more of the drums which vary from 20 to 30 cm. The whole is chiseled, broached; the capitals, with a section of 46 cm², are cut with four lobes with penetration of the shaft. The height of the columns, dry stone, without joint, is 254 cm on average. The dimensions of the bases are 51 cm in diameter and 26 cm high. You can visit our website: www.claudeaugustin.com
