A thick beveled seat rests on three spindle-shaped legs. Burnt oak finish with visible wood grain, each stool is individually and manually treated by wood craftsmen in France, signed under the base. Designed in 2019 by Douglas Mont, the RISPAL stool is inspired by farm stools, both rustic and authentic. It is not a tribute to Charlotte Perriand, rather a nod to this simple world of yesteryear, a sturdy tripod topped with a beveled seat, with its beautiful thickness of slightly curved wood, soft and comfortable.
