Charming pair of period framed engravings, depicting children in shepherd's costume. Engraved after paintings in the imperial library, by Noël Freres in Paris, rue Saint Jacques. The varnished natural wood rods are keyed, which was common at the end of the 18th century and the beginning of the 19th century. Ideal in a child's bedroom.
