Okimono Japan
We present for sale this OKIMONO in Japanese Ivory with black seal, representing vertically a whole series of characters, five in total with a monkey and a dog. This ivory is certainly from the Meiji period between 1868 and 1912 even if it dated from a slightly later period 1920 for example but in no case after the Washington Treaty 1947/1975 so we are in compliance with the current legislation which was only applied after 1975, very lightly and since very strongly.
