Travel Inkwell - Writing Object - Miniature
Faithful miniature representation of a travel or doctor's bag. The brass structure is covered with partly embossed leather-like paper. A spring-loaded push button activates the opening of the lid. The glass ink well is protected by a lid with a waterproof valve. The mechanism works, the closing seal is present. Very little oxidation, the edges of the inkwell are slightly chipped and wear on the corners of the bag is visible in the photos. Overall good condition for collector. Around 1930-40.
