The double-ogee-edged top, carved into a catchall shape, is inlaid with mirrored palmettes and acanthus leaves, centered with a quatrefoil.
A drawer, set into the apron and operated by a gilt bronze pull, is adorned with stylized acanthus and ivy leaves.
The piece rests on four faceted legs highlighted with fillets, joined by amaranth rings.
