Rocaille Style Candlesticks in Gilt Bronze, 19th Century" Pair of rocaille style candlesticks in chased and gilt bronze resting on a scalloped base and surmounted by a moving shaft decorated with flowers, shells and a volute ornamentation in a Louis XV rocaille style. Its curved lines seem to have the fluidity of flowing water. Removable bobeches at the back. in the style of Juste-Aurèle Meissonnier. French work, second half of the 19th century. Dimensions: H 10 x D 11 cm.
