Born in Roanne in 1946, Michel Granger has lived in Paris since 1969. His press cartoons were published in 1972, notably in "Pilote". Notoriety came very quickly: from 1975 to 1985, his works illustrated the information of three daily newspapers on the 1st national TV channel, as well as the press magazines Le Nouvel Observateur, Le Progrès, Paris-Match... He is also known worldwide known for having illustrated the covers of the composer Jean-Michel Jarre, numerous posters for UNICEF, UNESCO, Amnesty International, the Cannes Film Festival, Reporters without Borders, the Red Cross, as well as postage stamps...
He is also a sculptor and photographer....and still very committed to the future of our magnificent planet!...
This rare print from his beginnings is in very good general condition, with traces of foxing and handling on the margins.
